Availability, price and delivery for certain products may be subject to regulatory requirements. Anachemia will issue a purchase confirmation upon having made the requisite inquiries in respect of any licenses, permits or other regulatory obligations that may apply.
Unless otherwise stated, the products offered by Anachemia Science are offered for laboratory and manufacturing use only. Any specifications listed are current as of the date of publication.
We believe that the information and data are true and accurate. Any recommendations or suggestions are made without warranty or guarantee of any kind. Consequently, we can assume no responsibility connected with the use of any of our products or the information included herein. Nothing contained herein shall be construed to imply the non-existence of any invention covered by any patent owned by Anachemia Canada Inc. or affiliate, or by others without authority from the owner of the patent.

Products Not Listed
Anachemia Science is a manufacturer of laboratory chemicals and a distributor for many manufacturers of specialized supplies and equipment. Should you not be able to find the product you seek in our catalog, please contact the nearest Anachemia Science office. Anachemia has a supplies and equipment catalog which is available upon request.
Pricing and Terms of Sale
All pricing is subject to change without prior notification. Applicable taxes are not included.
Terms are net 30 days, F.O.B. our warehouse.
Shipping
All materials are shipped the most economical way possible in accordance with D.O.T. regulations for hazardous materials. Prices normally include packaging, although occasionally special packaging charges may be added, where required, for hazardous materials.
In Case of Damage or Loss in Transit
Upon arrival of shipment all packages should be inspected for damage or shortages. Do not accept damaged items until the carrier’s driver makes a “damage notation” on your freight bill or receipt.
If damage is concealed, the carrier's inspector must be notified of the concealed damage and an inspection request must be made within 7 days of receipt.
Under ALL circumstances retain damaged containers and packing materials for inspection. Damaged shipments, and all claims for such, are the responsibility of the carrier.
If a shortage is noted upon arrival of shipment, have the carrier's driver make an appropriate notation on your freight bill or receipt, and file a claim with the carrier.
If a shortage is concealed and noticed at a later date, notify Anachemia Science's Inside Sales Department for assistance.
Return Authorization
In order to obtain credit for returned materials, a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number must be issued by the Anachemia Science Inside Sales Department. Returns must be made within 60 days of receipt of RGA number.
NOTE: Returns are subject to a restocking fee and/or disposal charge, though application of these charges will depend on the particular circumstances of the situation.
Products not acceptable for credit:
1. Products that have been discontinued.
2. Products that are personalized or customized.
3. Products not purchased from Anachemia.
4. Refrigerated products.
5. Products that are outdated, shelf-worn or used and, therefore, unsuitable for return to stock and resale as new.
6. Products where labels or original packaging has been defaced or marked so as to make it unsuitable for return to sotck and resale as new.
7. Sealed reagents, diagnostics, or chemicals that have been opened.
8. "Special Order" items provided by Anachemia.
