Key Responsibilities:
  • Processing customer orders
  • Responding to customer inquiries for order follow-up, technical questions, post sales issues, etc.
  • Processing customer returns, credits and debits
  • Tracing and expediting customer orders, tracking urgent deliveries
  • Providing price quotations
  • Developing good working relationships with assigned territory managers

Qualifications:

  • College diploma required, preferably in the sciences
  • Previous experience in a customer service setting
  • Strong organization, time management and problem solving skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills, including clear and concise verbal business communication and professional telephone etiquette
  • Ability to adapt to various communication styles and personalities
  • Good listening skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Knowledge of Windows computer environment and Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel)
  • Bilingual (French/English)

Shipper-Receiver (Winnipeg. MB)

Responsibilities
  • Receive, unpack, inspect, sort and identify all product delivered to the warehouse
  • Stock shelves
  • Enter information in our computer system
  • Physically prepare orders and transport documents in accordance with client specifications and quality assurance procedures
  • Cycle-counting
  • Process return goods
  • Maintain cleanliness in the warehouse

Entrance Qualifications

  • High School Diploma
  • 3 – 5 years experience in shipping and/or receiving
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Computer literate
  • Detail-oriented, good with numbers
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 100 lbs)
  • Forklift operator license is an asset
  • TDG certificate is an asset
